Maria’s journey with Nicopoulos began on January 4, 1999, and for a quarter of a century, she has been the embodiment of dedication and commitment. Her unwavering service has left an indelible mark on our team and, most importantly, on the hearts of our valued customers.

The Linguist Extraordinaire:
Maria’s unique talent as the Italian translator has been a tremendous asset to our diverse clientele. Her fluency in Italian has not only bridged language gaps but has also added a cultural touch to the overall customer experience.

Mistake Finder Extraordinaire:
Maria possesses an uncanny ability – she’s our mistake finder extraordinaire. Over the years, her attention to detail and knack for spotting errors have saved us from potential pitfalls. In a field where precision is paramount, Maria’s eagle eye has been a true blessing.

Customer Delight Personified:
One of Maria’s most remarkable qualities is her ability to connect with customers. Her warm demeanor, genuine care, and friendly attitude make her a favorite among our clientele. The love and appreciation showered upon her by our customers are a testament to the positive impact she has had on each interaction.

Farewell to a Legend:
As bittersweet as it is, Maria will be bidding farewell to all of us on February 2, 2024, her last day of work. While we’re sad to see her go, we celebrate the many years ahead where she’ll be able to sleep in, cook, redo her kitchen and much more!

Maria Filosa, you will be deeply missed, and your contributions will forever be remembered. Thank you for 25 years of unwavering dedication, linguistic finesse, error-spotting prowess, and above all, for being the delightful soul that you are.
